This page explains what the public HireBlueprint website collects, what it sends by email, and what happens when you open the separate live demo. Hiring Intelligence Labs makes HireBlueprint.

This website

You can read this website without an account. The pages describe HireBlueprint, link to a live demo, and let you email the founders a request for access.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting can include ordinary server logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, so the site can run and so obvious abuse can be limited. Those logs are not a visitor profile. Analytics cookies are described below. This site does not show a cookie banner.

Request access

If you submit the request-access form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your work email
  • Your company
  • The kind of role you hire for
  • An optional note about what the blueprint should capture

The site emails that message to founders@hiringintelligencelabs.com through Resend. Resend receives the contents so it can deliver the email. The reply-to address is the work email you entered, so the founders can answer you.

This website does not keep a database copy of the form. The message lives in the founders' inbox. A hidden field is there to ignore automated submissions, and the server briefly counts requests from a network address so one source cannot send the form over and over. That count stays in memory on the server and is not stored as a profile.

If email is not configured, the form does not pretend the message was sent. It asks you to write to founders@hiringintelligencelabs.com yourself.

Contact form

The contact page collects your name, work email, company, whether you are a hiring manager, a talent leader, a staffing agency, or other, and a message about the role. That message is emailed to founders@hiringintelligencelabs.com the same way as a request for access. The same limits on automated submissions apply. If email is not configured, the form asks you to email the founders yourself.

Analytics

This website uses two analytics products. Neither one receives what you type into the request-access form or the contact form.

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. It also records a few custom events:

  • Opening the live demo from the laptop on the home page
  • Opening the live demo from the gold "Try the live demo" button
  • A request-access form that was sent
  • A contact form that was sent
  • A click on "Book a call", when that link is shown

Those events do not include your name, email, company, role, or message.

Google Analytics 4 loads on every page through the gtag.js snippet, measurement ID G-TP072KLKL5. It records page views. When the laptop demo is clicked, the site also sends a Google Analytics event named laptop_demo_click. Google Analytics uses cookies, including a cookie named _ga, and may process technical information such as browser type and approximate location. Google describes that processing in its own policy. Form entries are not sent to Google Analytics.

Book a call

When a scheduling link is configured, the site shows a "Book a call" link. That link opens a scheduling page we do not host, such as a Google Calendar appointment page or a Cal.com page. The scheduling service collects whatever you enter there. This website only records that the link was clicked, as the analytics event above. If no scheduling link is configured, the button is not shown.

Walkthrough video

If a walkthrough is published, the home page loads that video file from the address we configure, along with a poster image and a captions track. The video is not used to identify you. Until a video address is set, the section is not on the page.

The live demo

The live demo is a different website. The laptop on the home page opens that demo in a window on this site, and the same address can be opened in a new tab. The demo is a read-only sample workspace at https://blueprint-score-1.emergent.host/?utm_source=share, hosted on Emergent. Opening it in a new tab leaves this website. The embedded window loads the same address, so the demo host can see that the page was embedded.

The demo product stores accounts, resumes, and manager notes. This page does not set Emergent's terms and does not describe how that host keeps records. Questions about the demo, including what it stores, go to founders@hiringintelligencelabs.com.

How long we keep it

Request-access messages stay in the founders' email inbox until the founders delete them. This website has no separate archive to empty.

Vercel keeps its analytics events under that product's own retention. Google Analytics retention follows the setting on that Google Analytics property. The short spam counter for the forms is dropped when the server process restarts, and it only covers about an hour of requests.

Retention of accounts, resumes, and manager notes on the demo is a question for the demo product. Ask founders@hiringintelligencelabs.com.

Deletion

Email founders@hiringintelligencelabs.com with the subject "Deletion request" and say what you want removed: a request-access email, a contact email, a demo account, a resume, or manager notes. Include the work email you used so the founders can find the message. They delete the inbox copy they still have. For records that live on the demo, they will tell you what they can delete there.
